Our facial mesotherapy is designed to improve several parameters of the skin on the face, neck and décolletage at the same time. It does not aim to change facial volume or features, but rather to improve skin quality so that the skin appears more radiant, hydrated and even. It is especially suitable for patients who wish to improve their appearance without resorting to more invasive procedures.

Medical selection of facial active ingredients
Each patient’s facial skin has different needs, which may change over time. For this reason, we select hydrating ingredients, antioxidants, biomimetic peptides and collagen stimulators in proportions adapted to each case, prioritising tolerance and therapeutic coherence.

The choice is based on skin type, sensitivity, biological age and treatment goals.

Precise two-phase facial technique
The application technique is key in facial mesotherapy. Each session is structured in two complementary phases: a homogeneous application across the face, neck and/or décolletage, followed by localised reinforcement using microinoculations in areas that require additional support. This approach allows the skin to be treated globally while focusing on specific areas where needed.

The depth and intensity of treatment are adjusted to each area in order to improve tolerance and effectiveness.

A guide to understanding facial mesotherapy
Facial mesotherapy is a medical procedure that consists of applying superficial microinjections to deliver selected active ingredients directly into the skin of the face, neck and décolletage. Its aim is to improve skin quality by acting on hydration, radiance, texture, firmness and fine lines, without altering facial features. The indication and treatment plan should always be based on a prior medical assessment.
Indications for facial mesotherapy
It is especially suitable for people with:
- Dull skin or lack of radiance.
- Loss of hydration and skin plumpness.
- Uneven texture or a tired appearance.
- Fine lines and early signs of ageing.
- A desire to improve skin quality without changing facial features.
How the treatment is performed
Each session may be structured in two phases:
- Homogeneous application of a personalised formula to the face, neck and/or décolletage, with possible transient redness.
- Localised mesopuncture with microinoculations in areas that require specific reinforcement.
The technique is adapted to the anatomy and sensitivity of each patient’s skin.
How many sessions are needed?
Although improvement may be noticeable after the first session, the optimal treatment is usually planned as a course of three sessions, spaced 3–4 weeks apart. Maintenance sessions may then be recommended depending on the patient’s progress.
When are results noticeable?
The skin usually appears more radiant, hydrated and even from the first sessions. Results become progressively more established as treatment advances.
Recovery and after-effects
After the session, mild redness or small papules may appear, usually disappearing within approximately 24 hours. No medical leave is required.
Before starting facial mesotherapy, it is essential to carry out a medical assessment to define the most appropriate combination of active ingredients, technique and number of sessions.
