Minimally invasive aesthetic surgery
One of the distinguishing features of the Grupo Pedro Jaén Facial Aesthetics Unit is the integration of aesthetic procedures that lie between in-clinic treatments and operating-theatre surgery.
These procedures are performed using minimally invasive techniques, on an outpatient basis, without hospital admission, and using only local anaesthesia and/or sedation. They offer a high safety profile and short recovery times, with minimal risk of complications or specific postoperative care. Patients usually return to their normal daily activities immediately or within a few days.
Management of complex cases
This unit is also a pioneer in the management of complex cases and complications arising from previous aesthetic treatments, which our specialists assess through clinical examination and ultrasound imaging.
While most injectable materials used today are resorbable or reversible, the past use of non-resorbable fillers has led to complications that can now be treated in our Filler Complications Unit.
Safety, moderation and effectiveness
Grupo Pedro Jaén facial aesthetics specialists advocate the use of minimal effective doses, sufficient to achieve the desired outcome without excess product.
