How to book an appointment
You can request an appointment at Grupo Pedro Jaén through different channels: by using the contact form on this page, by calling, or by sending an email to the appropriate centre. If you already know the name of the doctor and the centre where you wish to be seen, please remember to include this information. You may request either an in-person or an online appointment (via video consultation), depending on your circumstances. If you have any questions, our reception team will advise you and help you choose the most suitable option for your appointment. Our centres
Grupo Pedro Jaén operates several centres in Madrid and also offers online consultations. The main headquarters is located on Calle Serrano and provides all medical specialties except hair disorders, which are treated at the Cinca 30 centre, just a short walk away. For patients in the northern area of Madrid, the group also has a clinic in La Moraleja, where most specialties are available.

This centre is the main headquarters of Grupo Pedro Jaén. It provides diagnostic and treatment services in skin cancer, clinical and aesthetic dermatology, laser treatments and other related specialties.

Urgent dermatology consultations
Grupo Pedro Jaén offers an urgent dermatology service for cases that cannot wait. To access this service, patients simply need to call one of our clinics and request an urgent appointment, briefly explaining the reason for the consultation. Grupo Pedro Jaén will assign the urgent appointment to one of its dermatologists, who will see the patient on the same day. This service is available exclusively for dermatological emergencies.
