Diode Laser Hair Removal
Diode laser is a hair removal system that works at high power while maintaining the highest safety standards. It acts on the hair follicle through selective heating, achieving progressive and effective hair reduction.
A versatile hair removal laser
It is indicated for all phototypes, from I to VI, including darker skin tones, and can be used on any area of the body. It is effective on hair of different thicknesses and offers great versatility throughout the year.
We work with an advanced version of this technology that incorporates an optical melanin measurement system, allowing parameters to be adjusted automatically at each session in order to optimise safety and efficacy. In addition, its large treatment head reduces procedure time and improves the use of the delivered energy.

Alexandrite Laser Hair Removal
Alexandrite laser hair removal is a method of progressive hair reduction supported by years of clinical experience. It works through high-powered light that acts selectively on the melanin in the hair follicle, generating controlled heat that destroys the hair root without damaging the surrounding skin.
Effective and selective hair removal
Its wavelength makes it especially effective in people with fair skin (phototypes I to IV) and dark or brown hair, offering excellent results in areas with medium or coarse hair. It can be applied to almost any body area and is indicated for both women and men.
Good tolerability
It is a well-tolerated procedure; in more sensitive patients, topical anaesthetic cream may be used to minimise discomfort. It is not recommended on tanned skin or during periods of high sun exposure.
In addition to removing hair, the thermal effect of the laser may stimulate collagen production, providing an additional improvement in skin texture and quality in the treated area.
Electrolysis
Electrolysis is an electrical hair removal technique indicated for hair that does not respond to laser treatment, such as white, very light blonde or red hair, as well as hair that appears in small and delicate areas.
Definitive precision for resistant hair
It works by inserting a fine needle into the hair follicle to apply a controlled electrical current that selectively destroys the bulb. By acting directly on each follicle, it makes it possible to remove hair one by one with great precision, without damaging the surrounding skin.

It is particularly useful in areas such as the chin, upper lip, eyebrows or areolae, and also in tattooed areas where laser treatment is not indicated. Thanks to the personalisation of parameters according to skin type, hair thickness and location, the treatment is safe and effective.
Electrolysis is suitable for women and men and represents the definitive solution for residual or resistant hair that persists after other hair removal methods. With an appropriate protocol, it makes it possible to achieve progressive and permanent removal of the treated hair.

Permanent hair reduction is based on the selective destruction of the hair follicle without damaging the surrounding skin. Depending on the phototype, hair thickness and colour, the most appropriate technology and parameters are selected.
At our centre, we work with different laser systems:
- Alexandrite laser, especially indicated for fair skin with dark or brown hair, effective on medium and coarse hair.
- Diode laser, suitable for all phototypes (I–VI), effective on different hair thicknesses and usable at more times of year, including on darker skin tones.
Both systems make it possible to treat facial and body areas in both women and men. The choice of device always depends on the prior assessment.
What does electrolysis involve?
Electrolysis is an electrical hair removal technique that acts individually on each hair follicle. It is especially indicated for:
- white, blonde or red hair.
- isolated or residual hair after laser hair removal.
- small and sensitive areas (chin, areolae, eyebrows, upper lip).
- areas where laser treatment is not indicated, such as over tattoos.
It is a precise procedure that makes it possible to remove hair that does not respond to conventional laser hair removal.
Frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies according to the area treated, the hair cycle and hormonal factors. In body laser hair removal, between six and eight sessions are usually required, with more often needed in facial areas. Men, because of hormonal factors, usually require a greater number of sessions.
Am I suitable for laser hair removal?
Laser hair removal is suitable for women and men and can be carried out on both the face and the body. The combination of fair skin and dark hair usually responds best, although current technology also makes it possible to treat darker skin tones. A prior medical assessment is essential.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
The sensation is usually described as a slight pinprick or feeling of heat with each pulse. It should not be painful. In particularly sensitive patients, anaesthetic cream may be used before the session.
When are results visible?
After each session, the treated hair falls out progressively over the following days. It is important to apply hydration, avoid sun exposure and not perform intense exercise during the following 24 hours in order to protect the skin.
